Modern Work Specialist Calling for Microsoft Teams
As a Solutions Partner for Modern Work we demonstrate our broad capability to help customers boost their productivity and make the shift to hybrid work using Microsoft 365. With the Calling for Microsoft Teams specialization, we demonstrate our expertise in implementing and managing the Microsoft 365 Phone System with our customers.
In order to achieve this qualification, we need a ‘partner capability score’ of 70 or more. Microsoft determines this score by looking at performance indicators as knowledge, skills, and experience across subcategories of performance, skilling, and customer success.
About the Microsoft Cloud Partner program
Microsoft launched the new Microsoft Cloud Partner Program in October 2022, replacing the Gold Partner certifications. The new program identifies partners with specific qualities and experience in the six Microsoft solution areas: Data & AI, Infrastructure, Digital & App Innovation, Bussiness Applications, Modern Work and Security. The new model provides two qualifying levels: Solutions Partner and specialist/expert, and Purple is now a Solution Partner for Modern Work and specialist/expert in Calling for Microsoft Teams.
